HIHT University is looking for a dynamic research leader, preferably not more than 55 years of age, having Ph.D/ D.Sc. in Medical Sciences/ Biomedical Sciences with a proven record of published research and a minimum of 15 years of research experience in the medical/ biomedical field. The Dean/ Deputy Dean of research will be responsible for:

• Creating appropriate research facilities and infrastructure.
• Motivate faculty to undertake significant research.
• Organize training workshops on research methodologies.
• Be a resource for extramural funding opportunities.
• Strategic planning of research direction of the University.
• Overseeing Research Committee, Ethics Committee and Animal Research Committee and facilities.
